Introduction

What is important to consider when starting a new online store on Shopify?

This case study is an analysis of the features and guidance provided by Shopify, with the aim of showing how starters can utilize that information to efficiently launch their online store.

The scope is limited to Shopify only - of course, there are other commerce solutions that might be interesting to starters as well. Shopify was chosen for this case study because it is a popular platform. While RevBlue is a Shopify Partner, the aim of this case study is not to promote Shopify. RevBlue works with multiple commerce solutions and assists clients in finding the best solution for them, whether that means Shopify or another platform. There might be future case studies or blog posts that cover the differences between solutions.
